tech stack I know
Some of the stack I use in my teams to develop, build and deploy end-to-end ML solutions.
development
I deal with the full cycle of algorithm development, within both general ML and Deep Learning. My primary language is Python (incl. PyTorch). I also switch to C++ or Go when compilation time is important.
building
I get hands on different tools to wrap the algorithms into a user-friendly application. For PoCs, I've been using microframeworks like streamlit, flask, dash, aiohttp etc. For production-ready applications, I use gRPC w/ protobuf.
deployment
One of my areas of expertise is deployment. Besides Docker, I am a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD). I also know nomad, Helm and K9s. As for other dedicated tools, I know Maven, Chef, and more old-school stuff, such as Vagrant.
Ci/cd
To make sure my solutions are continuously evolved, I use GitHub / GitLab CI, TeamCity, Drone, or SonarQube. For monitoring, I use Prometeus / Grafana, Elastic APM, Elk.
(funcational logs + dedicated metrics).
cloud & databases
I am both a Certified Azure AI Engineer and a Certified Azure DevOps Engineer, and I use Azure daily for AKS.
As for databases, I use PostgreSQL, mySQL, S3, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redis, MongoDB, Teradata, Clickhouse.
mlops, iac, cqrs
For MLOps pipelines I use
KubeFlow, MLFlow, or AutoDL.
As for Infrastructure as Code, I use Azure DevOps tools - Azure ARM templates w/ Azure Pipelines. I also use Terraform.
I also build CQRS frameworks.
data processing
To manage large-scale data processing, I use Spark/Flink and Databricks.
For batch processing, I use Azkaban, Airflow, Argo, Luigi or Wombat.
For streaming, I use Apache Kafka or KubeMQ.
analytics & events
Analytics drives business.
I use Amplitude, Metabase or Holistics for metrics (+automation), Tableau for dashboards and Alteryx for autopreprocessing tasks. As for event-sourcing, I mostly use Segment.
Agile
I am a Certified Scrum Master and follow agile. I've also led planning / daily / review / retro sessions countless times. I mostly work with JIRA.
